WHAT WE DO
Trinity Transitional Housing, Inc. was founded in 2021 and is dedicated to providing essential services to individuals and families in crisis. We provide temporary emergency housing and supportive services to vulnerable populations, including the homeless, victims of domestic violence, at-risk youth, and those affected by natural disasters. We strive to foster a safe and supportive community environment that promotes dignity, respect, and empowerment. The organization’s programs support community resilience by coordinating local and state resources to increase individual protective factors for all that is experiencing financial hardships causing them to be displaced.
Homeless Prevention
We are committed to preventing homelessness in our community through our Homeless Prevention Program. Our program provides emergency shelter, case management, and housing assistance to help those who are struggling to find stable housing. Our dedicated staff is here to provide support and resources to help those in need get back on their feet and achieve sustainable housing.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION
If you're experiencing domestic violence, we're here for you. At our temporary shelter, we offer a safe and confidential space for survivors to receive counseling and support. Our experienced counselors provide compassionate care, helping you navigate the difficult road towards healing and empowerment.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Providing temporary shelter is just a beacon of hope for those who are struggling in our community. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a warm meal and proper clothing, and our team is committed to making that a reality. With our open hearts and hands, we are making meaningful connections and helping people get back on their feet.
Counseling, Workforce and Transitional Support
Our transitional services offer a helping hand to those who are looking to get back on their feet. We provide counseling and workforce readiness training to ensure that our clients are equipped to face the challenges ahead. Our experienced team of professionals is here to assist and guide you every step of the way.

Trinity Transitional Housing, Inc. was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing a temporary shelter to those experiencing homelessness. Since then, we have been working tirelessly to create a supportive and welcoming environment that empowers our residents to make positive changes in their lives. We are proud to be a part of the community and are committed to helping end homelessness and provide a safe shelter for domestic violence survivors and we are doing it one person at a time.
PROJECT: TRINITY HOMELESS SHELTER
Trinity Transitional Housing, Inc. has been providing temporary shelter and support services to families throughout Williamsburg and the surrounding counties. We're proud of the work we've accomplished thus far. However, with a growing demand for our services, we need additional space to support more families in transition. We are in desperate need of a larger transitional facility within Williamsburg County due to the increase in evictions and foreclosures that are leaving families homeless. Get Inspired
SAFE PROGRAM ( Transition & Aging Out Foster Care)
Welcome to our SAFE Program (Start Again Fresh & Empowered) for young people between the ages of 14-26 who are in or transitioning out of the foster care system and into adulthood. We provide a safe, nurturing and supportive home environment to help eliminate homelessness among our youth and young adults, including pregnant or parenting youth. Drug and alcohol support groups, and job opportunities to help build a successful future. Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and reach your full potential within a temporary stable home environment for 12 -24 months. Let Trinity be a part of your journey towards SAFE independence and success.
